Sound great. I had been getting tweets about this for weeks. I thought it was an event for bar tenders. Hope everything goes well. I’m doing a lot of this sort of work for the Democratic Party and training people in this area as well.

Traditional media no longer has the capacity to make the community work. The concentrated revenue stream has disappeared.

We’ll need a strong alternative media stream to make the Charelston area competitive.

I think the logo is good. The fish represents Chs. Waterkeeper’s commitment to marine sustainability. The trident represents our defense of the sea, land, and air like that of the US Navy SEALs. Furthermore, in Greek myth, Poseidon used his trident to create water sources. Those same sources and the sea itself are what Charleston Waterkeeper pledges to protect. Kudos on a logo representative of our cause!

This doesn’t pertain to the blog you posted, but I did think of your organization today.

As I was walking to my car today, I saw a car on campus a faculty members car and on his/her car is said “catawba riverkeeper.” So even the people in Rock Hill know how wondeful the whole waterkeeper organization really is. I hope you’re well! -Cosima
